  • You are a United States Citizen

  • You’re between the age of 21-41 (up to age 44 on case by case basis)

  • You have a healthy height to weight ratio (BMI is below 35)

  • You’ve had a previous healthy pregnancy and delivery and you are raising the child

  • You do not smoke or vape any substances, use drugs, or abuse alcohol

  • Your criminal record is clean

  • You and your partner are willing to undergo background checks

  • You are willing to be partake in an extensive psychological evaluation

  • You have a support system
